ASURE Adrian Motel offers 17 spacious, well-appointed units within arm's reach of St Kilda Beach and some of Dunedin's best attractions. Choose from studio units with wheelchair access or 1 and 2-bedroom units, all with kitchen facilities and ensuite bathrooms. All motel units are of a superior standard which provide you with a high degree of comfort.

Your friendly hosts, Greg and Sally Edmonds, will ensure your stay is a pleasant one by providing you with all you need – from local information to daily room service. Sports groups or large gatherings are easily catered for with group rates available.

Small Studio Unit

We have 1 small studio unit which has been tastefully refurbished. A queen-size bed and small kitchen area with a microwave. An ensuite shower, toilet and vanity. A 32" LCD TV with SKY 50+ channels. Wireless internet. A small sofa and dining area. This unit is suitable for 1-2 night stays or for travellers with a small amount of luggage. Warm and comfortable.
