Our sunny modern fully furnished home is situated in Kelvin Heights, Queenstown. It has an amazing 180 degree view of Lake Wakatipu and mountains from all living areas. This house is a place that you just don't want to leave. It is located a few minutes from the lake walking track, boat ramp and Kelvin Heights 18-hole golf course. Remarkables Park and airport are handy for all your shopping requirements. In 5 minutes you can be at the base of the Remarkables skifield and in 15 minutes you can be at Coronet Peak access road.
The house is fully equipped and lends itself well to visiting couples and families with bedrooms/bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. A double garage with internal access gives plenty of parking space and is very accessible.
A balcony extends across the whole house with outdoor settings and barbecue making it a great area to relax and just take in the view.
Strictly no smoking in the house and no pets allowed.
