Check in: 

Between 2pm - 9pm

Minimum age to check in is 18 years old.

Check out: 

By 10am.

Early check ins and late check outs may be arranged with Management.  This may incur and extra cost.

Quiet Hours:

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

All visitors are to be gone from rooms by 10pm.

Bookings/ Tariffs

Rates are per night; they include GST and are to be paid on Check in.

A valid credit card is required when making a booking.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are free 48 Hours Prior to check in time. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged

Pets:

NO pets permitted on the property at all

Wi-Fi:  Free and unlimited

Parking:  Free (subject to availability)

Smoking:

All rooms are strictly non-smoking/ non-vaping. A cleaning fee of NZD 350 will apply for smoking in rooms. Please smoke outside the building, ensuring windows and doors are closed. Kindly dispose of cigarette butts in designated ashtrays.
